On behalf of everyone here at Oak Ridge Health and Rehab, it is my privilege to welcome you to our family of caring. My name is Kim Breshears, and I am in charge of overseeing your short term rehabilitation and long term care needs. Our family of caregivers will make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. Our goal is to give you the quality of care you expect, and the peace of mind you deserve. We encourage family and friends to visit frequently. We also encourage participation in planning your care. We believe it is important for family members to understand and be involved with a loved one’s care.
